What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in data analytics, financial services, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and craft compelling client narratives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders at a top-tier U.S. consumer bank.
  • Deliver insights through syndicated benchmark studies, custom analytics, and modeling solutions.
  • Provide decision support in areas such as business strategy, product management, pricing, customer rewards, targeting, and risk/fraud.
  • Design and execute strategic quantitative analyses using large datasets.
  • Communicate analytical findings and strategic implications clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support project scoping and define analytic approaches in response to stakeholder needs.
  • Manage day-to-day communications and status updates with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify new opportunities and cross-sell solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and client-readiness of all deliverables, including those produced by team members.
  • Provide oversight and technical guidance to junior analysts.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
