Position Overview:
As a Contract Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our business development and client relationship management efforts. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their consulting journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with clients while directly contributing to their success and your own financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach strategies.
Sales Management: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored consulting solutions that align with their objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive consulting experience from initial engagement through project completion.
Service Delivery: Provide consulting services to clients, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that drive results.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on client progress, ensuring that project goals are met and exceeded.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and account management, preferably in a consulting environment.
Strong understanding of consulting processes and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to business development.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a contract role, with compensation structured as follows:
A percentage of the client service agreement for leads generated.
Additional compensation for delivering consulting services to clients.
