Job Description:
Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.

Individual contributor in Global Operations, Data Reporting and Operations Management (Initiative Management) supporting SWFT workflow and eForms configuration. Enterprise workflow configuration role responsible for reviewing business requirements, configuring workflow input forms and user access in collaboration with business teams, testing completed forms, scheduling forms for production deployment.  Configuration work may involve diverse business processes and tools. Participates in the design, configuration, and implementation of complex workflow forms and fulfillment flows.  Collaborates with business users and technology partners to implement workflow forms.  May provide configuration direction for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Will collaborate with business partners, technical support teams, and other configuration resources to coordinate delivery of workflow solutions. Routine accountability is for business process understanding and technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned resources.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience, configuring, and implementing workflow or business process automation solutions on a comparable workflow platform. Experience limited to end-user, operational, or business support activities without direct configuration responsibilities will not be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience performing configuration of workflow solutions, including requirements analysis, intake and fulfillment form creation, data element selection, routing and conditional form logic, testing, deployment, and production publication of solutions.
  • Proven experience serving as a workflow consultant, partnering directly with process engineers and business stakeholders to review requirements, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and translate complex business processes into configured and production ready solutions in the workflow configuration tools.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and build expertise in applications such as SWFT (Simplified Workflow Tool) and adopt new configuration techniques.

  • Extensive hands-on configuration experience within a workflow platform, including building and modifying forms, defining workflow logic, configuring user access and permissions, testing functionality, and deploying enhancements into production environments.

  • Ability to independently lead the full configuration lifecycle with minimal oversight, from requirements discovery and solution design through testing, implementation, release management, and post-deployment support.
  • Demonstrated experience designing workflow solutions for complex operational processes, including identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, improved user experience, and risk reduction.
  • Strong understanding of requirements gathering and business process analysis, with a proven track record of translating complex operational needs into scalable and sustainable workflow configurations.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workflow configuration initiatives while maintaining exceptional accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in a production environment.
  • Recognized expertise in workflow design principles, automation best practices, and solution configuration, with the ability to influence solution direction and provide guidance to business and technical partners.
  • Strong leadership and project execution skills, including experience leading configuration-related projects, coordinating stakeholders, and driving successful implementation of workflow enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions, configuration impacts, and implementation recommendations to both business and technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate team activities for special initiatives or operational efforts, without direct supervisory responsibility.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in collaborative, large-group environments while effectively managing multiple concurrent assignments.
