We are seeking a Consent Data Solution Leader to shape the future of data privacy and consent management at an enterprise scale. In this strategic leadership role, you will define and drive the vision for secure, compliant, and customer-centric data solutions that power our global business. You’ll lead high-performing teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver innovative, scalable platforms that uphold the highest standards of privacy and governance.

You will work closely with our client's legal and privacy teams to turn policy into actionable work plans, and their data engineering organization to leverage capabilities of an innovative data environment to support customers.

About You

You bring a proven track record of leadership in data privacy, consent management, and data governance, combined with deep technical expertise and exceptional strategic vision. You excel at driving complex initiatives, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You are passionate about building scalable solutions that uphold the highest standards of privacy and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Set Strategic Direction: Define and own the long-term vision for consent and privacy data solutions, aligning with enterprise data strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead High-Impact Teams: Provide executive-level guidance to developers, privacy experts, analysts, and engineers, ensuring optimal resource allocation and prioritization for maximum business value.
  • Drive Enterprise Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners to advance the Data & Analytics roadmap and influence organizational priorities.
  • Champion Agile Delivery: Oversee agile planning and execution, including backlog management, roadmap refinement, sprint planning, and risk mitigation for complex, multi-team initiatives.
  • Architect Scalable Solutions: Lead design and decision-making for consent management platforms, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term scalability and compliance goals.
  • Develop Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Mentor team members and attract top-tier talent to build a world-class consent management organization.
  • Ensure Excellence: Advocate for technical and operational best practices, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with global consent and privacy standards.

What You'll Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years in data strategy, product ownership, or technical leadership roles.
  • 7+ years leading enterprise-scale data initiatives, including cloud data platforms, data lakes, and governance frameworks.
  • 5+ years in privacy and consent management, including hands-on experience with platforms like OneTrust (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS preferred), data architecture, and platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Exceptional ability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership, without direct authority.
  • Proven success in building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Superb executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker, proactive problem solver, and collaborative leader with a passion for privacy and data ethics.

Travel

This role is primarily remote with potential for travel to customer locations 4-6 times per year.
