Job Description SummaryThe USCAN Configuration Management Leader (CML) is responsible for collecting, understanding the offering requirements and creating the offering in Apttus. This position works with cross-functionally and across regional product team members to create and change offerings. This includes change management orchestration and ensuring synchronized implementation within the platform. The Service business is looking for a solution oriented CML to support driving continues process improvements for the overall commercial management procedures.
Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

Work closely with Service Product Managers to understand offering strategy & provide input for creating and updating items, offering structures, and/or offering rules.

Review, approve & provide guidance to orchestrate offering changes implementation within the CPQ Platform, provide impact assessment & ensure synchronized offering change controls in accordance with QMS requirements.

Create and update service product items, offering construct items and structures within Apttus platform.
-
Create and maintain all technical, regulatory, and commercial rules and guidance for service offerings and offering Items.

Drive offering maintenance requirements in the Apttus ITO platform, including testing of new features and defining creative solutions to support commercial & service franchise needs

Highlight potential conflicts found early in processing change requests and drive simplification opportunities.

Partner with Service Product Managers & Service Regional Marketing Managers to ensure timely and accurate NPI Commercial launches and associated offering updates in Apttus

Guide and train regional teams on service offerings and regional offering activation processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
-
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated aptitude as a team member in a commercial, technical, or operations environment.

Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating cross-functional project team members.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, as well as SmartSheet applications.

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
-
Demonstrated technical skills with the ability to comprehend new computer-based tools/applications quickly.
-
Demonstrated success working collaboratively with cross-functional team members.
-
Demonstrated facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills in driving closure on decisions and issues.
-
Demonstrated ability to drive project design plans to completion.
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a regulated business (FDA, ISO,etc.).

Strong working knowledge of the English language (oral and written)

Must be willing to submit to a drug test, and background check – including verification of previous employment, criminal history and educational background.

Desired Characteristics

Demonstrated experience as a Project Team Leader.

4+ years of previous work experience at GE Healthcare.

Fundamental knowledge in Apttus and Product Modeling Management

3+ years of experience working with GEHC IT Platforms for Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ)Product Data Management (PDM), Commercial ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), or Inquiry to Order (ITO).

Demonstrated experience with global product life cycle management

Demonstrated willingness to learn and operationalize new processes, as well as navigate unfamiliar situations

Self-starter, energizing, results oriented, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a global and functional level.

Ability to work within a matrix organizational environment.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $112,800.00-$169,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
