  • Support ongoing adjustments related to benefit changes, rollovers, and operational issues.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Onboarding Managers and Solutions Managers to receive handoffs and execute technical components of new client onboarding and existing client changes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other cross functional teams to manage technical implementation work and track progress through ticketing systems.
  • Support plan year rollovers and system updates for existing clients in support of Client Success.

Operational Enablement & Process Improvement

  • Maintain configuration tools, documentation, and workflows to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Contribute to process improvements based on retrospectives and operational learnings.
  • Support operational initiatives related to billing, claims resolution, and implementation process improvements.

What Success Looks Like

  • High accuracy in client benefit and member health plan configurations.
  • Timely completion of eligibility files, SFTP, and benefit setup tasks in partnership with Product and Engineering teams according to SLAs.
  • Smooth client go-lives and rollovers with minimal downstream issues and/or escalations.
  • Strong partnership with frontline teams through clear execution and follow-through.

About you...

  • Experience in system configuration, operations, implementation, or system support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute complex setup requirements accurately.
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems, tools, and cross functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Why This Role Matters
