About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Compliance Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that Solera’s expanding network of digital health partners operates in full alignment with healthcare compliance requirements. You’ll also help shape the future of responsible innovation by contributing to our emerging AI governance and third-party risk initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Healthcare Compliance (60%)
- Review digital health partners for compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Identify compliance gaps and lead the development and monitoring of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Track clinical standards, Medicare/Medicaid billing practices, and operational requirements.
- Maintain documentation of partner compliance findings, CAP progress, and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, clinical, and security teams on partner oversight.
- Contribute to regulatory research supporting expansion into new markets.
AI Governance & Third-Party Risk (40%)
- Coordinate AI model assessments with internal and external technical experts.
- Track and document AI governance findings and support presentation development for the AI Governance Committee.
- Monitor third-party risk platforms for security and compliance alerts.
- Lead vendor onboarding and partner operational compliance reviews.
- Collaborate on remediation strategies and track risk resolution progress.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of healthcare compliance experience.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, state healthcare regulations, and third-party risk concepts.
- A curious, analytical mindset with attention to detail and systematic thinking.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly across teams.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and project management/collaboration tools.
- A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with digital health, health tech startups, or AI governance.
- Familiarity with third-party risk management platforms.
- Track record of implementing process improvements in compliance settings.

- This is a remote position and open to candidates based in the United States.
- Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or company events.
