This position is responsible to assist with maintaining policy and regulatory compliance by performing Compliance audits, researching, and communicating requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner in the maintenance and updating the documentation of process, policies and procedures for areas of Compliance responsibility as changes are implemented by the Client
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to identify and report deficiencies and non-compliance with procedures, processes, laws, regulations and policies through scheduled reviews
- Perform, coordinate, and complete reviews, to aid in the population of statistical and trend data analytics
- Prepare data for inclusion in detailed reports on audit findings and provide summary of results to leadership
- Maintain a virtual library of all related compliance documents and audit reports as performed
- Partner in the management and maintain process documentation and document changes in these processes
- Participate in Compliance and Client business meetings and contribute as needed or requested
- Establish and maintain rapport with business unit personnel by arranging schedule meetings with internal and external contacts and resolving concerns
- Enforce and support Compliance policy standards while providing quality service
- Act as a Compliance resource for business units within assigned areas of responsibility
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and meeting project deadlines as needed
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet the needs of the Compliance department and C&W as determined by management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associates degree: Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or similar field, or;
- 8-10+ years of experience in a compliance, finance, or related position
- Experience with software or platforms similar to WMMS, PowerBI, Tableau, Triana, SharePoint, Tririga, or Yardi
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage audit and compliance related projects preferred or any similar combination of education and experience
- Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for research and analysis
- Experience with regulatory compliance and commercial real estate management is desirable
- The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven record of providing excellent internal & external customer service and dynamic team spirit
Physical Requirements
- Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day.
- 100% remote position which requires virtual meeting sessions with active camera and microphone presence.
- May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner.
- Regularly required to talk, speak clearly, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type.
- Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
- Ability to observe details at close range

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $58,990.00 - $69,400.00
