Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Compliance & Regulatory Specialist to support company-wide compliance initiatives and regulatory oversight.

The successful candidate will ensure the organization maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry regulations while assisting in the development, monitoring, and enforcement of internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Monitoring

Monitor federal, state, and industry regulatory changes impacting company operations.
Interpret regulatory requirements and communicate implications to internal teams.

Compliance Program Support

Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Support compliance initiatives and risk management programs.

Audits & Assessments

Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inspections.
Prepare documentation and reports required for audits.

Documentation Management

Maintain regulatory documentation and compliance records.
Track compliance reporting deadlines and requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Law, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting defense or federal contracting organizations.
Familiarity with regulatory standards related to government contracting.

Work Environment
