Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

The Compliance Analyst needs to be well versed in all of the guidelines and regulations pertaining to Enovis’ compliance program, such as Health Care Professional (HCP) Interactions; Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption and Third-Party Management; Commercial (Sales & Marketing) Practices and Transparency & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring HCP Engagements are aligned with Enovis policies and procedures, including:

  • Assessing annual needs for HCP Consulting services
  • Qualifying HCP’s for contracting
  • Fair market value analysis and exception management
  • HCP contracting
  • HCP engagement for specific activities
  • HCP activity reporting and payments
  • Administering an automated workflow tool that helps manage HCP Interactions (which will entail providing training, guidance, troubleshooting, reporting, etc.)

Review, approval and management of funding requests including:

  • Commercial Sponsorships
  • Fellowship Grants
  • Educational Grants
  • Charitable Contributions
  • Charitable Product Donations

Establishing yourself as a collaborative and customer-centric business partner to provide solutions and continually enhance compliance processes and systems.

Regulatory Analysis and Monitoring:

  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, laws, and standards applicable to Enovis.
  • Analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on our organization.

Policy Development and Implementation:

  • Support development and updates to compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and communicate changes in policies to relevant stakeholders.

Training and Education:

  • Support development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
  • Provide ongoing education to ensure a thorough understanding of compliance policies and procedures.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Support an expanding monitoring program to help detect and prevent compliance violations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on compliance metrics to management.

Audit Support:

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and facilitating audit processes.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of audit findings.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of relevant Compliance experience; 5 + years of relevant Compliance experience preferred
  • Associates Degree, Bachelors’s degree or substantially equivalent work experience 
  • Professional focus on Life Sciences/Medical Device Compliance strongly preferred
  • Experience managing HCP interactions and working in the orthopedic industry preferred
  • Relevant transferrable skills and experience will be considered (e.g. – auditing and monitoring; quality and regulatory; paralegal)
  • 3 – 5 years of project management experience is a plus

Travel:

              willingness to travel up to 25% to various offices globally
