The Role:

Compa is seeking compensation insights experts to research market trends, publish insights, and provide guidance to leading compensation teams in the world, navigating volatile markets to advance our position as the leader in compensation intelligence technology. This candidate will report to the Compensation Insights Director.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Customer Engagement

  • Deliver demos, product trainings, and research that explain Compa’s agentic AI offerings and how they address current compensation challenges.

Insights and Content Development

  • Identify trends and insights using Compa’s data network, then contribute to research reports, market briefs, flash polls, blog posts, webinars, and other marketing content.

Supporting the Go-to-Market Function

  • Partner with GTM by serving as the compensation subject matter expert to drive net new business and directly impact Compa’s revenue goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Deep compensation expertise, having worked on compensation teams and/or in consulting roles.

  • Comfort working directly with customers and prospects in both technical and advisory capacities.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in compensation.

  • Familiarity with all elements of compensation (base, incentives, equity).

  • Experience creating or contributing to educational content (guides, reports, articles).
