We’re building new products:
Flipper One - a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.
BUSY Bar - a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions.
We're looking for a Community Manager to build and grow our international community for our products. You'll work closely with moderators and power users, help shape community culture, and become the bridge between our users and the product team.
Responsibilities:
Build and improve moderation processes together with our volunteer moderators
Develop community guidelines, moderation policies, and internal playbooks
Engage with users across Reddit and Discord, keeping discussions healthy and valuable
Collect structured product feedback from the community and share actionable insights with the product team
Help organize community initiatives and increase engagement across all channels
Requirements:
Experience managing online communities on platforms such as Reddit or Discord
Fluent in both English and Russian
Experience building engagement and working directly with online communities
Ability to communicate with empathy and stay calm in difficult situations
Genuine interest in technology and consumer products
Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with hardware-focused products
