Community Manager – Gaming

We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to join our team and lead the growth and engagement of our gaming community. If you live and breathe games, love connecting with people, and know how to create a welcoming and engaging environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Build, engage, and nurture our gaming community across different platforms (Discord, forums, social media, etc.)

  • Create and manage conversations, discussions, and activities to keep the community active and positive

  • Act as the voice of the community internally, sharing insights and feedback with the team

  • Handle player inquiries, conflicts, and issues with professionalism and empathy

  • Organize events, tournaments, or campaigns to strengthen player engagement

  • Collaborate with the marketing and game teams to align communication strategies

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)

  • Passionate gamer with deep understanding of gaming culture

  • Strong interpersonal skills – knows how to speak with people and handle different personalities

  • Proactive – takes initiative and brings new ideas for community growth

  • Organized – able to manage multiple platforms, conversations, and tasks efficiently

Nice to Have
  • Experience managing gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, Steam, etc.)

  • Background in content creation (videos, memes, blogs, streams)

  • Familiarity with online moderation tools and community metrics
