ABOUT THE ROLE
Raw Sugar is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Community Content Intern to support our social media and community engagement efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a college student passionate about beauty, self-care, and purpose-driven brands to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social storytelling, and influencer engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create Social Content: Assist in developing short-form content (photo, video, Reels, TikToks) that highlights Raw Sugar’s products, mission, and community.
- Engage with the Community: Help manage community interactions across social channels responding to comments, DMs, and consumer feedback in our brand voice.
- Support Campaigns: Collaborate with the social and influencer teams to support content planning and execution for brand campaigns and launches.
- Research Trends: Stay up to date on social trends, influencer culture, and beauty conversations to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- Assist with Influencer Programs: Help identify emerging creators and organize content assets for partnership programs.
- Contribute to Analytics: Track and summarize engagement metrics to share insights with the marketing team.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
- Currently enrolled in a college or university (Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred)
- Passion for beauty, self-care, social media, and content creation
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging digital trends
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and try new things
- Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other creative tools a plus
- Available 15–20 hours per week
Benefits
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $15-$20/hour. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience.
