WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supports maintain an engaging Intranet presence, featuring an ‘Idea Center’ for employee suggestions, open position announcements, and welcome messages for new team members, fostering a strong internal community and open communication.
- Support recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones, including ‘Impact Player of the Week’ and awards that align with the company’s cultural values, leveraging the Intranet, LinkedIn, and targeted communications for broad recognition.
- Lead the company’s Employee Appreciation initiatives, developing a continuous platform for team member appreciation and celebration, and coordinating special events to acknowledge team contributions throughout the year.
- Supports articulate, and actively promote the company’s culture, focused on a people-first approach and service quality, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with the Culture Club to address feedback from engagement surveys, driving initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and engagement, and facilitating cultural alignment and evolution based on employee feedback.
- Assists the strategic creation, editing, and distribution of content for both internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, engagement, and consistency across all platforms, including web, email, and social media.
- Partner with internal trainers to promote growth and development opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong efficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated; self-starter
- Experience posting and engaging on social networks
- Experience building and maintaining company intranet preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems
- Cultural competence – the ability to function effectively in cross-cultural situations, involving valuing diversity, self-awareness of cultural biases, and striving for inclusivity
