Commission Business Analyst at Spectrum

How You'll Make an Impact
- Gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee their development and delivery
- Lead and execute testing of new system features, validating results before user review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage application requirements and enhance user experience
- Review system change requests, identify affected areas and coordinate requirements reviews with stakeholders
- Develop test plans with the QA team, perform software testing and address Tier 2 defect submissions
- Analyze system data and maintain automation for commission processing using tools such as AWS Redshift

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- BA or BS College Degree or related work experience
Experience
- 3-5 years of business analysis or related experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Effective prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team setting
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
- Aptitude for identifying business challenges and opportunities quickly
- Clear and concise communication with all levels of management and staff
- Deadline and deliverable focus with strong time management
- Understanding of various testing processes and methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools
- Understanding of business architecture and its impact on system testing
