Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, digital, talent, and change—and we are known for bringing clarity, conviction, and execution excellence to complex environments.

The Role

Servant is seeking a Senior Growth Advisor in the Dallas Texas, or Austin Texas geography.

  • Detail-Oriented: Takes pride in leading every aspect of the deal process meticulously and effectively, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Confident and Driven: Exhibits confidence in their sales capabilities and Servant’s value within the Faith ecosystem, ready to embrace a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and articulate the value of Servant Digital and Servant Talent services to prospective clients, demonstrating how our solutions can meet their specific needs.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and close sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Curate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to efficiently position our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a flawless client experience from initial contact to service implementation.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in selling strategic services.
  • Demonstrated success in closing 7-figure complex deals, delivering over $10 million in annual LTV from the portfolio managed, ideally in digital solutions or professional services.
  • Deep knowledge of digital transformation and executive talent acquisition processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
  • An established network of business contacts is advantageous.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, Canva, and Google Suite is preferred.
  • Experience working remote.
  • Prior consulting experience preferred.
