What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3+ years of experience in orthopaedics, medical devices, healthcare, sales, clinical education, training, product support, product management, or a related commercial function.

  • Experience in Shoulder Arthroplasty or a related reconstructive orthopaedic specialty strongly preferred.

  • Passion for coaching, educating, and developing others through training, mentoring, onboarding, or field support.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex clinical or technical concepts into practical learning.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, medical education, and commercial teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting product launches, field education programs, operating room environments, cadaver labs, surgeon training, or procedural support.

  • Exposure to adult learning principles, curriculum development, or instructional design is a plus, though development opportunities will be available for the right candidate.

What Sets You Apart

You combine deep shoulder expertise with a passion for developing others. You have the ability to simplify complex clinical and technical concepts into practical, field-ready learning that builds confidence and drives performance.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work and following through on commitments. Just as importantly, you're a collaborative partner who enjoys working across teams, embraces feedback, and continuously looks for ways to improve learning experiences and business results. If you're energized by coaching others, influencing field success, and helping a growing business reach its potential, you'll excel in this role.

This role offers a strong growth path for a high-potential orthopaedic professional who is ready to broaden their impact. You’ll gain exposure to curriculum development, learning strategy, field coaching, product launches, and commercial enablement while working closely with experienced leaders across the business. For someone stepping into opportunity, it offers the chance to build deeper training expertise, strengthen business influence, and grow toward broader commercial training leadership over time.
