Commercial Systems Enablement and Improvement Specialist – NEX/CPQ/CLM
The Commercial Systems Enablement & Improvement Specialist focuses on improving the user experience, driving targeted issue resolution, and strengthening the overall stability of Inquiry to Order tools (NEX/CPQ/CLM). This role helps reduce recurring issues, improve documentation, training support, and surface insights that drive continuous improvement. The position plays an important role in enhancing platform adoption, reducing friction for users, and improving the quality of day-to-day operations. This individual will work across multiple stakeholders, organizations and platforms to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Own continuous improvement initiatives that remove friction, improve efficiency and make tools more intuitive.
• Coordinate targeted issue resolution efforts and hold action owners accountable.
• Drive stabilization efforts related to integrations, recurring defects, and user pain points with the goal of tools working the first time every-time.
• Leverage AI and investigate digital adoption platform technologies to accelerate user proficiency and improve user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen the user experience across CRM, CPQ, and CLM processes. Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Own governance of knowledge assets and user-facing support materials focused on identifying gaps, standardization, improving quality and accessibility.
• Analyze user feedback, support trends, and operational data to identify root causes and patterns. Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to support better decision-making
• Track recurring issues, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities across commercial platforms.
• Support incident triage, issue resolution, and follow-up on recurring defects or integration problems
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting Commercial Operations, Sales, Process Improvement, Digital Technology or related field/roles.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with digital tools supporting commercial organizations
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong organizational and governance instincts
• Experience improving customer or user experience in a business systems environment
• Process improvement mindset — ideally significant exposure to lean or continuous improvement concepts.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders without direct authority

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $108,600.00 and $181,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
