LaundroLab: a growing franchise network of modern, tech-forward laundromats.
We’re expanding into the commercial laundry space, partnering with Airbnbs, boutique hotels, salons, med spas, and other small businesses that rely on laundry to operate. These clients are long-term partners, and we’re looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to drive growth in this new vertical.
Position OverviewThe Commercial Sales Manager will lead all aspects of our commercial sales program—developing strategy, building relationships, closing new accounts, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This role works closely with marketing, operations, and franchise teams to connect new business opportunities with strong service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies targeting commercial accounts.
Prospect and build relationships through networking, cold outreach, and partnerships.
Deliver customized proposals and close contracts that align with company growth goals.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through onboarding.
Partner with marketing to design and execute lead-generation campaigns.
Support franchisees with marketing guidance and tools to grow in local markets.
Track and report on sales KPIs, pipeline status, and campaign performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and franchise teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Required:
5+ years of B2B sales experience in services or similar industries (facility services, laundry, logistics, etc.).
Proven ability to build pipelines, generate leads, and close new business.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred:
Experience with franchise or multi-location business structures.
Background in laundry, delivery, or recurring-service industries.
Experience developing sales collateral or supporting marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with Notion, Zendesk, and data-driven reporting.
