Husqvarna is searching for professional and self-motivated individuals to join our Sales Excellence team. The ideal candidate is highly organized and can communicate effectively though various channels and across the organization. As the primary liaison for the extended sales team (Director, RSMs, and TMs) the candidate must possess the willingness to go the extra mile and support through administrative functions with a high degree of detail and accuracy
What You Need to Know:
• Structures the new customer intake process for efficiency and waste-reduction providing critical connectivity between external and internal systems
• Be the primary business partner for extended sales team and assist in support of and establishing methods to organize work and communication of tasks ultimately aiding in the sales execution process.
• Respond to questions and issues from dealer customers, and give after-sales support when requested including problem resolution and account set up/administration
• Participate in program, line up and promotion processes through organized project planning across functions that include various departments of Sales, Sales Excellence, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and S&OP.
• Assist HR with the coordination of new hire and separation process and asset set-up of the US Dealer Sales team.
• Coordinate US Dealer sales team/channel events and meetings as needed.
• Assist legal and other internal stakeholders with New Dealer agreement processing and maintenance.
• Administer the company fleet vehicle program, including equipment, contract reviews, compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, ownership and control of GPS administration.
• Attend trade events, sales meetings and training events as needed.
• Ad hoc assignments and projects as necessary.
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years business administration / commercial experience
• Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Suite & Power BI and consolidation of data from multiple sources, with ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large sets of data
• Highly developed project management skills (i.e. initiating, execute and follow-up projects)
• Strong influencing skills, ability to influence without authority
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to organize data in a way that is understood and can lead to improved decision making
• Strong accountability and problem solving capability
• Able to manage day to day demands while also creating and executing to long term strategy
