About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the review of commercial real estate appraisal assignments on a national basis. This role manages review workflows, coordinates with internal review staff and external valuation firms, monitors timelines and performance metrics, and supports audit and compliance requirements across large, multi-state portfolios.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Portfolio Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the review of commercial real estate appraisal assignments on a national basis. This role manages review workflows, coordinates with internal review staff and external valuation firms, monitors timelines and performance metrics, and supports audit and compliance requirements across large, multi-state portfolios.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and support a team of state-certified staff appraisers performing review assignments for commercial real estate portfolios across broad and multi-state geographic areas.
- Serve as a primary liaison with external valuation firms to ensure effective coordination, clear communication, and timely responsiveness throughout the appraisal review process.
- Monitor commercial real estate portfolio appraisal assignments to ensure valuation deliverables are completed accurately and within established timeframes.
- Oversee and track REVS review staff workloads and progress to ensure reviews are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Assist in monitoring key audit items to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
- 5+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Certified General Appraiser
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Understanding of Commercial Real Estate
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Customer service focus with experience understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
- Willingness to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of C360 preferred.
- Ability to work remote including reliable internet.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- This is a remote opportunity with a preference for an Eastern US location.
