Your Impact:
Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with internal and external agents, producers, and carrier underwriters.
Leverage your commercial P&C insurance expertise to actively service existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.
Manage workflow with a high degree of personal accountability, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient execution of deliverables.
Participate in the retention and renewal of business by collaborating with agents/producers to prepare specifications, underwriting data, and marketing strategies for insurance products.
Support the implementation of new lines of coverage, including setting up accounts, gathering required documentation, and reviewing plan details with stakeholders.
Provide accurate and timely coverage analyses and quotations for new and additional coverages.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
2–5 years of Brokerage/MGA experience preferred, including P&C Commercial Lines experience
Valid state P&C license (college degree preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems
Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages, rating procedures, compliance, and relevant legislation
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, agents, and underwriters
Insight into market trends and best practices to meet evolving client needs
At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including, for eligible employees, medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. Also, for eligible employees, the Company offers 10 to 20 vacation days depending on experience and generally offers 11 paid holidays and 5 half days, depending on the calendar year. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is between $51,000 to $65,000 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
