The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Large Line Commercial Account Executive to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a hybrid or remote position.Responsibilities:

- Enthusiastic and personable individual to manage clients needs.
- Handle a dedicated book of large line commercial accounts.
- Information gathering, preparing applications, quoting, renewal marketing, handling of endorsements and accurate file documentation, etc.
- Interact and create relationships with producers, and carriers.
Qualifications:
- Highschool or GED required.
- Must be licensed.
- Team lead or managerial experience.
- Independent and self motivated thinker and ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.
- Knowledge of Vertafore products a plus.
- Strong written & verbal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 & Image Right.

- Salary Range: $85,000- $120,000/year
