Commercial Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What We’re Looking For?

A fast-moving, motivated SDR who excels at qualifying high-intent inbound leads and executing timely follow-up. You’re efficient, coachable, and thrive in a high-volume environment. You know how to assess lead fit quickly, communicate clearly, and route leads effectively to drive pipeline.

How You’ll Make an Impact?

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads and conduct short qualification calls
  • Accurately assess lead fit and route to appropriate AE
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and track all activity in Salesforce
  • Execute light outbound prospecting as needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead handling
  • Share lead trends and feedback with internal teams
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead conversion goals

Requirements

Experience

  • 1–2 years in lead generation, inbound SDR, or phone-based sales
  • SaaS or cybersecurity experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
