Aptos is a people-first blockchain on a mission to help billions of people achieve universal and fair access to decentralized assets in a safe and scalable way.

Founded by some of the original creators and maintainers that researched, designed, and built the Diem blockchain to serve this purpose, we have dedicated several years toward this mission. We believe the open-source Diem technology we have developed is an important foundation of a safe and scalable web3 world where everyone has more equitable opportunities to grow and access financial assets with lower fees and fewer intermediaries.

  • Collaborate closely with business development and other internal teams to develop scalable legal frameworks and processes
  • Contribute to legal team projects on product, regulatory, and corporate governance matters as needed

  • 4+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on technology transactions, commercial agreements, and/or blockchain-related matters. Experience in in-house and/or law firm environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects and transactions under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with experience structuring deals in fast-paced, high-growth industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners
