Reporting: The Commercial Account Manager (CAM) will report to Director of APAC - Asia Growth Markets
· Work with designated install base sites to execute MRgFUS program and business activities to accelerate patient throughput and achieve financial profitability
· Reach annual goals of number of treatments, and revenues from the sites (including service and disposables / kits purchase)
· Be responsible for partners in your regions for the alignment of CAM programs and execution of market account development plans.
· Be the first point of contact to manage communications relating to site account matters.
· Be very clear about the mortality business we are focused on such as ET and PD and become good at navigating information to working plans for growth at each IB site.
· Be a contributor and driver of CAM enhancement plan to improve results and accelerate to standard of care in AGM
· How to improve patient throughput and accelerate treatment numbers with clear action plans transformed to activities of successful outcomes.
· Understanding IB site workflow that might be unique to each account and implement strategies to achieve optimal performance of patient care and utilization.
· Support market access projects
· Build programs with meaningful content and host regular meetings at site to provide continuous knowledge of FUS
· Collaborate with Application Team to build skillsets for treating clinicians that drive patient satisfaction and optimal treatment numbers.
· Become the center of resource for our partners and IN site customers
· Identify and fully understand each account workflow by producing clear recommendations for patient journey to patient story at each IB site
· Build strong relationships with partners and staff at IB site especially neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, Medtech, nurses and patient coordinators. Be
· Ensure partners’ accuracy in weekly reports, treatment forecast and IB status updates for management reporting.
· Support working plan to build treating clinicians skillsets up to masterclass standards to establish a pool of KOL resources.
· Finding new ways for new results and sharing your recommendations for continuous improvement in patient care and treatment outcomes.
· Be a team player and supporting the overall success of AGH strategic growth pathway and acceleration to standard of care
· Embed into customer environment and gain in-depth knowledge of hospital operations, patient flow, financial model with focus on business and operational outcomes
· Work in close cooperation with application team, service team, distributors, sales, marketing and reimbursement teams
Requirements· Scientific (BA, MA) is an advantage.
· 5 years’ experience of business development/Account management in the medical device industry – Mandatory
· Experience in Movement Disorder area – nice to have Critical thinking, ability to problem solve & creatively bring solutions to customer
· Ability to operate independently
· Savvy with salesforce and capable of pulling data from SFDC to make meaningful reports.
· Be a trusted partner to customers (in business aspects) with ability to influence and have a seat at customer table for driving program success
· Communication skills with internal (INSIGHTEC) and external (customer, distributor) stakeholders to articulate vision, rally towards a common goal, and build execution support
· Fluent English - speaking and writing. Additional Asian language will be your added advantage
· This position requires extensive travel (about 60% of the work time) to: customer sites, trade shows, national and international
