Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT)
BABCP Accredited
Fully remote - UK only
Permanent. Full or part time (minimum of 3 days per week - 24 hours)
Salary from £47,000* per annum plus excellent Bupa benefits
*based on full-time, if part-time this will be pro-rata

Providing high intensity CBT sessions on a 1-2-1 basis, you will treat clients referred from our insurance business who need support with their mental health and wellbeing. Working remotely, you will be a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns and you will provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care via MS Teams.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
To provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes
To deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention. To ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client
To provide different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference
To adhere to Bupa’s case management processes and work collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team
To adhere to sessional limits depending on the client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Full BABCP accreditation
Experience in a similar role providing high intensity CBT interventions and managing own caseload
IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems
Diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon
Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops also preferred
Right to work in the UK
