Requirements
Solve complex client website issues with advanced problem-solving skills.
Work collaboratively with the team to understand client goals and translate them into digital solutions.
Create functional, creative, and user-friendly webpages using front- and back-end technologies.
Convey client messaging clearly to end users through effective design and development.
Review code for accuracy, performance, and functionality.
Develop and maintain websites across multiple platforms (Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico).
Debug and integrate back-end data and custom solutions.
Collaborate with Design and UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build server-side logic and databases for functionality and performance.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to development best practices.
Self-manage workload and thrive in an agile workflow.
Assist with project scoping when required.
Proven experience in front-end and back-end web development.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico.
Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, marketing automation, social media, and content marketing, and how development supports these tactics.
Strong debugging and integration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Up-to-date with industry standards, emerging trends, and development best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong time management and ability to deliver under deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English.
