Job Description

Project – the aim you’ll have

We are looking for a talented Lead Cloud Architect to join projects led by the Cloud Service Unit.

Our mission is to help entrepreneurs and enterprise clients unlock the full potential of the public cloud through expert analysis, training, and end-to-end implementation including advanced AI solutions.

In this role, you will design and lead modern data platforms for international clients, defining architecture in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and building scalable solutions. You will work closely with cloud and data engineers as well as business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance data ecosystems, while also supporting delivery and presales activities as a trusted technical advisor.

Position – how you’ll contribute

As a Lead Cloud Architect (Infrastructure), you will be a key person in shaping cloud strategies for our enterprise clients. You will lead migration projects and design foundations for secure and scalable multi-cloud environments. Your role combines deep technical knowledge with business communication skills, you will conduct strategic workshops with clients, support sales teams during the presales phase, and manage projects from a technical perspective. Your architectural decisions will have a direct impact on the success of digital transformation in organizations from the financial and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

Expectations – the experience you need

  • Multi-cloud expertise: Practical experience in designing solutions in Azure, AWS, and GCP, you understand the differences between platforms and can select the appropriate technology for the business context. Knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., Azure Well-Architected Framework, AWS Well-Architected Framework)
  • Migration leadership: Documented experience in planning and executing cloud migration strategies, including on-premise environment assessments, TCO and ROI analysis
  • Architecture design: Minimum 7 years of experience in designing enterprise-grade cloud architecture with emphasis on security, compliance, scalability, and high availability. Experience in Cloud Governance, FinOps, and Cost Optimization.
  • Client engagement: Experience in conducting strategic and technical workshops with enterprise clients, ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Technical leadership: Documented experience in managing projects and teams from a technical perspective, you plan roadmaps, mentor architects, and conduct technical reviews
  • Presales capabilities: Active participation in sales processes, preparing solution proposals, presentations for C-level executives, project estimations

  • Cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Cloud Professional Architect)
  • Experience working with regulated industries and compliance requirements
  • Ability to conduct technical audits
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in DevOps transformations
  • Networking expertise
