A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. About the role:
The Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Club General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, passionate, energetic, and a visible leader with a natural gravitas to communicate with a diverse spectrum of employees, members, guests, the local community and vendor networks.  As the General Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding our brand identity and bringing a unique energy to our community.  You will play a key role in shaping the industry’s first club created through the collaboration between Four Seasons and Discovery Land Company, as they join forces to set a new standard for world-class residential luxury clubs.
What you will do:
-You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service across all areas. -As a member of our team, the General Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience and be a part of our planning committee.
-You will be seen as the “face of the club” and should attend all key events. 
-Uber member centric. Must be a driver for enhanced and innovative member programming.
-Able to retain and develop top talent while working with ownership to manage costs.
-Role model of Evolve Leadership Behaviors, inspirational and motivational leader for a high performing team.
-Excellent, pro-active, strategic thinker, with the ability to treat the business as if it were their own while being aware of the needs of all stakeholders.
-Oversee seamless daily operations of the club, encompassing facets such as Member Services, Golf Operations, Raquet, and Outdoor Pursuits/Water Sports. 
-Formulate and execute operational guidelines and protocols aimed at sustaining exceptional levels of service quality.
-Strategic communicator- able to understand and navigate complex social environments, knowing what information is important to share and when, as well as what not to share and why.
-Confident thought partner to ownership and brand with relevance to club trends, opportunities, and operations. 
-Demonstrate a creative, entrepreneurial, and innovative approach to the operation of the club with the overriding objective of continuingly improving the member experience and club offerings.
-Focus on ensuring a high level of member satisfaction by addressing member concerns, providing exceptional service, and maintaining open communication channels. 
-Develop and implement programs and events that cater to the interests and needs of the members. 
-Act as a liaison between the club's management and its members, fostering strong member relationships. 
-Work closely in areas of financial oversight of the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, capital budget, project management, and strategic planning.
-Develop and manage the club's budget, ensuring responsible allocation of funds for various club activities, maintenance, and staff salaries.
-Provide regular financial reports, detailing revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
What you bring:
-A minimum of 5 years of Club General Manager experience, with a minimum of 10 years of Hospitality Management experience in a high-end, luxury environment.
-Must be proficient in Club Operations, Member Relations, and Golf Operations.
-Ideal candidate has worked for or is familiar with Discovery Land Company.
-Preference shown for CCM, CCE, PGA, CAM, or other applicable designations.
-Excellent leadership abilities, presentation skills, and problem-solving ability; exposure to data analytics and assessing performance is a plus.
-Excellent ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow-through.
-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
-Must possess excellent dexterity in working to deliver the strategic objectives of the Ownership Groups, respecting the interests and preferences of members as well as executing tactical operational leadership resulting in world class experience for our members.
