Job Description

What You'll Do

Burwood Group is seeking a strategic Cloud Partner Manager to lead our critical partnerships with Google Cloud, Microsoft, and AWS. As the cloud partner landscape undergoes significant transformation, we need a dynamic leader who can navigate complexity and drive our strategic evolution. This role is central to our ongoing shift and is actively being redefined to create stronger alignment with our partners and deliver better outcomes for our clients.

  • Strategically align Burwood’s services with partner program opportunities to drive profitability and develop new offerings that address evolving client demands.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships to ensure sales teams are aligned with partner strategies.
  • Equip the sales organization through targeted training on joint value propositions, revising internal engagement strategies, and enhancing processes to maintain Burwood’s high reputation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, sales, and marketing teams to execute a unified vision.
  • Translate partner technology and programs into tangible, market-ready service offerings for clients.
  • Proactively identify and act on opportunities to improve partner engagement and program investment.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Deep experience managing complex, top-tier partnerships with at least one of the following: Google Cloud (GCP), Microsoft (Azure), and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective sales training, create field-ready collateral, and apply sales training methodologies to improve seller effectiveness with partner solutions.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner strategies that shift focus from product resale to value-added services and solutions.
  • Strong track record of working effectively with sales, technical/engineering, and marketing teams to achieve common goals.
  • Solid understanding of partner economics, including profitability, rebates, incentives, and program compliance.
  • Experience translating partner technology and programs into tangible, market-ready service offerings for clients (strongly preferred).

What You’ll Bring

  • Ability to see the big picture, analyze the changing market, and build a forward-looking plan.
  • Skilled at navigating complex relationships, managing internal stakeholders, and building trust with partners.
  • Thrives in an environment of change and ambiguity, views challenges as opportunities.
  • A self-starter willing to roll up their sleeves to help build and refine processes, not just manage existing ones.
  • Capable of influencing outcomes and uniting teams without direct authority.

Why Burwood?

If you are a resilient leader who thrives on challenge and is passionate about building strategies and enabling sales teams to win, we encourage you to apply.
