Role:
Implement and support Azure-based infrastructure solutions, IAAS, PAAS, SAAS components.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like ARM templates or Terraform.
Manage and monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. along with alerting, reporting and dashboarding
Design, Deploy and Support Azure cloud native components such as Landing Zones, Subscriptions. Availability Zones, Storage, Serverless, Network Security Groups, Load Balancers, Containerization, System Administration, Backups, Patching, etc.
Implement and maintain security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), network security groups (NSGs), and Azure Policy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud solutions , services and integrate Azure services into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Optimize Azure resource usage and manage cost through Azure Cost Management and budgeting tools.
Maintain documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
Trains and mentors more junior staff on processes and releases. Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues elevated from staff. Provides guidance and consultation as required. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.

Intricate knowledge of IT infrastructure and workflows: hardware, OS, networking
Responsibilities:
- Plans and implements new technologies and major releases for the most critical enterprise-wide IT cloud platform projects. Designs, implements, and deploys cloud computing systems to support and meet business needs. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.
- Provides expert level technical support and ensures reliable operation of cloud production. Diagnoses and troubleshoots the most complex issues for cloud computing systems on multiple platforms. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of software and infrastructure platforms.
- Develop technical standards. Tests and evaluates IT vendor products. Reviews configuration parameters to optimize system performance and maximize operation uptime
- Elevates code into the development, test, and production environments on schedule. Provides follow up production support. Submits change control requests and documents.
- Learns and understands client area business functions and requirements. Determines the appropriate technical tool to address the client's business needs.
- Trains and mentors more junior staff on processes and technologies. Troubleshoots and resolves the most complex issues elevated from staff. Provides guidance and consultation as required. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.
- Administer system activities. Writes the technical portion of assigned deliverables. Performs systems analysis, including system requirements analysis and definition, and logical design.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of eight years related work experience.
Technical skills - Azure Cloud Platform, Infostructure as a code, Bicep, Terraform
Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
