The Company has experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years and recently received a strategic investment from Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN). In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.


CTEC is seeking a Cloud Architect to join our remote team, with candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Job Description: Designs and implements cloud-based infrastructure solutions for Social Security Administration learning and training systems. Develops cloud migration strategies, ensures security and compliance in cloud environments, and optimizes cloud resource utilization while maintaining high availability and performance for training platforms.

  • Master’s degree in computer science or related field with 10+ years of federal cloud architecture experience
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and federal cloud deployment experience (FedRAMP)
  • Experience with federal cloud security requirements, hybrid cloud environments, and government compliance
  • Knowledge of federal data governance, cloud migration strategies, and government hosting requirements
  • Security clearance eligibility and experience with controlled unclassified information in cloud environments

Clearance: Must be able to Obtain Public Trust Clearance.
