Our mission is to apply that talent and scientific thinking to transform society by solving our largest, toughest healthcare problems, while at the same time bringing patient and provider closer.

About the Role

We believe in truly holistic patient care, which is why behavioral health is seamlessly integrated into our medical model. We leverage advanced technology, data-driven insights, and deep clinical collaboration to improve accessibility and health outcomes for everyone.

We are seeking a thoughtful, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our high-performing clinical team.

Why Join Us? The Galileo Advantage

  • Ultimate Schedule Flexibility & No Non-Competes: Maintain your existing private practice or other professional commitments. We offer the flexibility to design a schedule that works for you, with no restrictive covenants.
  • Flexible, Headache-Free Compensation: Enjoy competitive hourly rates or per-visit pay structures that provide steady income without the overhead or billing headaches of private practice.
  • Robust Benefits Package: For clinicians practicing a minimum of 24 hours/week, we offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. All clinicians receive malpractice insurance (including tail coverage) and a 401(k) with a company match.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide evidence-based, short-term and longitudinal tele-therapy to Galileo patients within your state(s) of licensure, conducting targeted 30- to 45-minute sessions.
  • Collaborate Multidisciplinary: Act as the behavioral health expert within a tight-knit medical team, collaborating with primary care and specialty providers to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Manage Varied Acuity: Comfortably navigate a range of clinical presentations, providing sophisticated diagnostic impressions, treatment planning, and safety planning/crisis intervention for higher-risk patients when necessary.
  • Leverage Modern Health Tech: Utilize Galileo’s proprietary data and technology platform to track patient outcomes, streamline documentation, and optimize the delivery of care.
