As a Manager of Client Value Executives, you’ll lead a high-performing team responsible for managing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional value across our Tenant & Employment vertical.

What You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in a consultative, technical, and fast-paced B2B environment, preferably in SaaS, data, or analytics.
• 5+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing account management or client success teams.
• Deep understanding of the rental screening industry and relevant regulatory frameworks (FCRA, DPPA, GLBA).
• Demonstrated success in strategic account management, client retention, and revenue expansion.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience collaborating across product, legal, marketing, and technical teams.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, executive-level relationship management, and value-based selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Impact You'll Make:

• Lead and coach a team of four Client Value Executives, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-centricity.
• Set strategic direction and performance goals for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
• Oversee the management of a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent delivery of value and exceptional service.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Market Planner to develop and execute growth strategies across the Tenant & Employment vertical.
• Drive operational excellence by standardizing best practices, optimizing processes, and leveraging data to inform decisions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and development plans, and support career growth for team members.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $78,100.00 - $123,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
