Essential Functions:

  • Triage Zendesk tickets from assigned clients.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating to product or engineering team as needed.
  • Assists in Titan Modules, Setups, and Implementation for assigned clients.
  • Works closely with Account Manager to share client needs, goals, and issues for resolution.
  • Acts as main point of contact for client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred (computer science, information systems, business administration, or other industry-related curriculum)
  • 1 year of experience in a customer support role is preferred.
  • Experience using Zendesk preferred.
