As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our sale. We’re looking for a customer-focused Client Support Specialist with strong communication skills, a passion for service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure.
Client Support Specialist Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries when directly working with them
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing sale solutions or directing customers to appropriate departments as needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update account information
- Collaborate with sales team members to improve customer experience and share best practices
- Assist with customer concerns and work to find resolutions
- Support team and provide information about our products and services to new customers
Client Support Specialist Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with customer support tools is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
