Intapp is looking for a Client Support Engineer with enterprise software experience to join our Client Success & Support team.  The Support Engineer responsibilities include investigating, triaging and resolving tickets that flow into the support queue. In this role, you will be responsible for solving high priority and/or complex issues directly or engaging the appropriate resources to provide accurate, timely resolutions while maintaining client satisfaction. This position is expected to perform detailed research through in-depth knowledge of Intapp solutions.  

The Client Support Engineer (CSE) is one of Intapp’s primary contact points in helping our users be successful with their Intapp solutions. The CSE role is a post implementation role assisting customers in keeping their on-premise or cloud systems running optimally. CSEs primarily work with client administrators and IT staff to resolve problems, while working with engineering and product management to resolve issues and improve our products.

What you’ll do:  

  • Assist customers with a variety of issues, including troubleshooting configurations, technical product support, and data quality.

  • Document solutions in the knowledge base to develop team and customer knowledge.

  • Some contributions to the general team tasks, such as case assignment and triage as well as onboarding.

  • Build relationships with your assigned accounts

What you’ll need:  

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this role, you will ideally have:  

  • Two or more years of enterprise support experience, on premise or cloud.   A clear understanding of the customer support model.   

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to a wide audience

  • Empathetic to customer needs

  • You are driven and eager to learn 

  • Technical experience with SaaS, API's SQL, XML/Web Services, SOAP, REST, and Boomi

  • Familiarity with Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, Swagger and Kibana
