We are actively seeking a Client Success Programs Director. This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S.
Position Summary
Responsible for creating and advancing programs to support client success as part of the Global Client Engagement (GCE) organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to strategize and work successfully in a highly matrixed environment to implement new programs for the global Client Success Managers (CSMs). As a self starter, you will have a strong talent for project conception, coordination, execution and lead with a data mindset. You will be a hands-on, roll up your sleeves contributor.
This is not a role for a Customer Success Manager. You must have programs experience and expertise in working with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations and Product Marketing to reach an executive IT, CFO and Procurement audience.
The Global Client Engagement (GCE) team measures success through how we enable our CSMs to achieve the following goals:
- High rates of client renewals
- Strong cross-sell within existing client base
- Building and nurturing executive relationships
- Referencability and advocacy
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional programs focused on the implementation of the Global Client Engagement (GCE) model. You will work closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Strategy and the Renewals team.
- Create, manage and run digital programs to bring scale to the CSMs (Digital Customer Success)
- Support and provide guidance for external Client Communications
- Create and deliver training & enablement sessions to roll out new programs and drive adoption of those programs.
- Inspect, measure, report on program success.
- Define, report, and analyze key metrics related to client success, client health, client retention, client cross-sell opportunities and client advocacy working with a Global Operations Team.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree, open to equivalent work experience
Location
- Remote - U.S.
Experience
- Experience in designing and executing programs for large volume of clients as well as top end, strategic clients in the B2B software or IT services sector with the goal to advance client relationships, secure renewals, increase advocacy participation and/or enable cross-sell activities
- Familiarity with Digital Customer success programs
- Proven record in executing client success programs leveraging tools and channels to enable programmatic outreach of 1:many communications
- 8+ years in client marketing, client success program roles within the B2B software and/or an Enterprise SaaS space
- Proven success working within a 100% remote and complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical organization
- Experience deploying global programs, working across multiple languages and time zones
- Program and/or project management experience
- Customer engagement programs experience
- Experience communicating and influencing across functional lines
- Oracle and/or SAP experience preferred
Skills
- Predisposition to build and enhance greenfield programs
- Bias for action
- Ability to work in highly virtual environments and teams
- Program or Project Management certification or equivalent experience
- Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
- Strong presentation skills. Comfortable leading training sessions.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce CRM
- Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups) preferred
Travel
- Low travel, possibly one trip a quarter (some international travel)
- Work hour flexibility is a must due to nature of the globally dispersed organization

The general salary range for this type of role is 130k - 190k depending on skills and experience.
