Client Success Manager
Client Success Manager (CRM) role at Storable leverages deep industry and product knowledge, along with a consultative approach, to align client business objectives with the full capabilities of Storable’s products. As a strategic partner to our clients, you will focus on driving long-term value, expanding product adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. This role is hands-on and product-focused, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support clients directly within our proprietary CRM platform. You will also identify opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to help clients achieve their desired outcomes and maximize value from Storable’s full suite of solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with Storable's key clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and client satisfaction by delivering consistent value
- Act as a hands-on expert in Storable’s CRM product, directly supporting product configuration and account optimization
- Strategize with clients to ensure their CRM configuration and overall account setup continuously evolve to support changing business goals and long-term success
- Analyze client data to deliver key insights and recommendations that inform strategy, enhance product utilization, and demonstrate value
- Secure executive visibility into Storable’s business results and strategic initiatives
- Facilitate and participate in client business review meetings to ensure alignment and success
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional Storable product solutions that align with client needs, drive increased value, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Partner with Storable’s product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable product requirements
- Share strategic insights and operational best practices across the Client Success organization and the broader Storable team
- Utilize CRM tools to accurately track client interactions and progress
- Communicate overall client health and escalate at-risk accounts when necessary
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to peers and internal stakeholders to foster an open, collaborative work environment
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication, scheduling, and execution of initiatives
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Proficient in Google Workplace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills, comfortable leading large group presentations and product demonstrations
- Strong ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions, and communicate those to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong client empathy with a focus on client success and relationship building
- Proven ability to partner with clients to understand current and future business challenges, translating them into actionable people, product, and process strategies
- Ability to quickly learn and master Storable’s proprietary CRM system, with strong problem-solving skills and the capability to directly support account configuration and optimization based on client needs.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams
- Strong documentation, follow-up, and expectation management capabilities
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the storage or SaaS industries
- Experience with SaaS and storage industry solutions, with a deep understanding of operational reporting and improvements
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead discovery workshops and manage large-scale initiatives
- Ability to travel as required to client sites, industry conferences, and company locations
Physical Requirements:
Ability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions, presentations, and meetings. Ability to work extended hours as needed.
