As a Client Success Intern, you will support onboarding sessions, assist with educational guide development, and engage with cybersecurity teams for client protection.

As a Client Success Intern, you will engage with the Client Success and Security Operations teams to understand the daily activities performed by each team to support the BlackCloak mission. You will report directly to the Director of Client Success, with additional oversight provided by a designated Client Success Specialist.
What You Will Do
- Work with the Client Success team, as a note-taker, for client onboardings and follow-up sessions. Observe the BlackCloak team as they enhance clients’ cybersecurity posture on their devices, home networks and personal information.
- Work with the Education Coordinator to develop educational guides for employees, clients and prospects. Conduct research as needed to support the development of those guides.
- Work with Client Success and CyberSecurity teams on the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures.
- Work with the CyberSecurity team and observe Support Specialists in the response and/or escalation of client’s cybersecurity questions and concerns.
- Work with the CyberSecurity team and observe actions performed as it relates to penetration testing and malware forensics. Assist with forensics analysis and fact gathering as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to be Successful
- Full-time undergraduate/graduate student in good academic standing or recent graduate (within 1 year).
- Must uphold, enforce, and abide by all BlackCloak policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Available during the agreed upon internship schedule.
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
- Ability to create opportunities to learn about the Company mission and core values which are foundational to our organizational culture.
- Ability to work in a fully-remote environment.
