We are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing communications professional to join the Client Success Enablement Communications team leading communications efforts that support growth-focused priorities and other strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who will play a key role in elevating our business unit’s marketing and communications, ensuring consistent messaging, and engaging our target audiences.

Responsibilities:
Lead and support the execution of marketing and communication strategies that advance growth-focused initiatives and other key priorities. This includes managing the end-to-end delivery of initiatives — from creative development, setup, branding, and approvals to data management — ensuring all deliverables are executed effectively, efficiently, and on time.
Leverage LPL’s tools and resources and maintain oversight of execution calendars.
Coordinate and execute campaigns; monitor and report on performance; collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and craft accurate, compelling stories, while keeping counterparts informed.
Create engaging, value-added content for various platforms, including emails, newsletters, website content, etc. Shepherd the creative process with a focus on quality execution.
Manage content governance, ensuring content is on-brand, up to date, and compliant. Schedule and organize the creation, approval, activation, and decommissioning of content.
Assist in promoting programs and activities, partnering with Client Engagement Managers on logistics, ensuring effective and timely communications to all participants (e.g., Save the Dates, Invitations, Post-program feedback).
Prepare detailed analytics and activity reports, using insights to inform future decisions and tactics.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Work closely with the Compliance Department to ensure efforts fall within expected guidelines. Stay informed of changes and ensure proper processes are followed.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of efforts.
Support broader team needs, including administrative tasks, special projects, database management, and client list maintenance, reporting, etc., as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, public relations, or commensurate work experience.
Proven experience in a similar role; Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
Strong computer skills and excellent working knowledge of common software packages, social media platforms, mail platforms and database management systems.
Must possess soft skills including, but not limited to emotional intelligence, collaboration, initiative, work ethic, culture fit and accountability.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferences:
Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Smartsheet, Showpad, CRM platforms, MS Office suite, Box, Salesforce, and Adobe programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Financial services experience a plus; not required.
Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Pay Range:
$74,625-$124,375/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
