Drive Impact as a Business Development Specialist!

The opportunity
As a Business Development Representative (internally known as Lead Generation Specialist) within our Chief Commercial Office, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads within the life sciences industry. Your efforts will drive the adoption of our Product, Agency, and Advisory services, helping life sciences companies advance their assets through development and empowering access for all.

Role responsibilities
How will you make an impact at Precision AQ?

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target segments within the life sciences industry that can benefit from AQ solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise in Lifesciences Services / Technology and industry knowledge to develop compelling value propositions that resonate with potential clients.
  • Implement effective lead generation strategies, including targeted outreach, content marketing, and participation in relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Engage with leads to understand their unique challenges and pain points, showcasing how our solutions can optimize their Medical Affairs, Value Access, and Commercial operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development and seller/doer team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, providing detailed lead profiles and relevant information.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations of our capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to continuously refine and enhance our services and tech solutions based on client feedback and evolving industry needs.
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales engagement tools to track lead interactions, monitor progress, and maintain accurate lead data.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimizing lead generation strategies.

Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
  • 1+ years of experience with Lifesciences services / technologies, including consulting, agency, data, SaaS, and or AI.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools for efficient lead tracking and reporting.

This great role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities who can drive insights and influence decision-making.

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$72,000$108,000 USD
