Progyny is looking for a motivated Client Solutions Associate to support internal and external stakeholders throughout our benefit implementation process.

The Client Solutions Associate will be responsible for facilitating smooth client implementations that exceed our clients’ expectations. We are looking for a natural leader who is smart, innovative, and task oriented. Our ideal candidate is excited by challenges and energized by the prospect of making an impact on a cutting-edge industry.

(This is not a software implementations role)

What you'll do...

As Client Solutions Associate, you will be leading and owning a sub-group of client implementations from beginning to end where you will:

  • Use problem solving and critical thinking skills to project manage throughout a client’s implementation

  • Manage project expectations through regular meeting and updates to direct manager and appropriate stakeholders

  • Ensure high level client satisfaction

  • Maintain clear and thorough internal communication

  • Coordinate internal and external resources and requirements to ensure milestones are met

  • Support internal and external resource training and readiness prior to go live

  • Complete and update implementation project plans, benefit grid on CRM system, refine CRM processes as necessary

About you...

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of success

  • Experience working in a healthcare / benefit environment preferred

  • Strong background in public speaking and delivering presentations to internal and external partners

  • Bachelor's degree required, PMP Certification or similar certifications are a plus

  • Demonstrated implementation management skills including leadership, written and verbal communication, customer management, and project management

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $65,000 - $80,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
