Location – hybrid: Charlotte, NC  

 

Intapp is a global leading supplier of enterprise software solutions to the legal, professional services and financial services sectors. We are looking to hire a Client Services Operations Analyst (Intern) to work within an energetic professional services team, acting alongside the Client Services team. The role is a mix of supporting the pre-sales activities of reviewing statements of work and initiating projects, facilitating operations and data entry for services projects, and conducting behind the scenes investigation, remediation, analysis, and manipulation of Services Operations data. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Assist the Services Sales Ops team with processing Statements of Work (SOW’s) & services setup through the pre-sale’s stages in a timely manner. This will include but not limited to New Implementation SOW’s, Change Request SOWs on existing projects and Managed Services agreements. 

  • Proactively manage the scoping queue for incoming scoping requests from the sales team and route to the relevant technical teams and follow-up as appropriate. 

  • Partner with Services Sales Ops to maintain deal and pipeline accuracy in Intapp’s CRM platform to ensure deal pipeline is accurate and up to date for reporting and forecasting purposes. 

  • Be responsible for reviewing SOW’s & services setup ahead of contract request to ensure accuracy for resource roles, hours, and rates in Intapp’s CRM. 

  • Assist with ad-hoc CRM reporting requests for the services team. 

  • Partner with other internal departments (i.e., CRM Ops and Contract Ops) through the contract lifecycle to support the quick turnaround of services contracts. 

  • Review forecast future staffing capacity demands and gaps. 

  • Track trends in resource usage and assign appropriate staff to meet project needs. 

  • Prepare utilization, staffing and any ad hoc reports as requested. 

  • Participate in weekly sales and staffing calls. 

  • Provide first line technical support to the Client Services and Strategic Consulting organizations by responding to issues and requests reported in our ticketing system. 

  • Own the timely creation and updating of projects in OpenAir, our Services Project Management System, including generating proposal projects. 

  • Assist with OpenAir administration, including, but not limited to working with the services Operations team on maintaining and updating the system. 

  • Develop system expertise and proactively identify systems/process enhancements that will be provide incremental improvements and efficiencies in systems supported. 

  • Efficiently triage and escalate issues that fall under adjacent internal teams as needed. Adjacent teams include IT, Business Applications, Finance, Product, and other individuals in the extended Services Operations team.

  • Comfort with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with basic Excel functions  

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations  

  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership over your work  

  • Willingness and love of learning new technology, new processes and procedures, and new business models

What to Expect: 

  • Our Summer 2025 Internship Program begins June 2nd, 2025 and is projected to end between August 8th and 22nd, depending on your university schedule.   

  • Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.   

  • Our internship is hybrid and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities, however, we will evaluate as Summer 2024 approaches.
