As Director - Client Services, you'll lead a high-performing team of Client Service Consultants and collaborate across departments to elevate our market presence, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Client Service Consultants, focusing on performance, coaching, and talent retention.
Partner with sales leadership to create strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Build strong client relationships and lead strategic account planning, while enhancing regional visibility and brand recognition.
Identify and implement improvements to drive business outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Monitor key performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of management experience
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
Strong understanding of Group Benefits products, business operations, financial forecasting, and analytics.
Extensive experience in client relationship management and strategic account oversight.
Demonstrated success in project and change management in driving business solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a strong ownership mindset.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years Relevant business experience
8+ years of management experience
The expected salary range for this position is 109800 - 146400. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
