Client Partner

RE Partners is seeking a Client Partner to drive net-new business and expand strategic accounts across mid-market and enterprise clients. This is a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role focused on selling RE Partners outcome-based, project-based, and productivity-as-a-service offerings.

This role is designed for a senior seller who operates as a true partner, bringing an existing network, opening doors, shaping opportunities, and working collaboratively with RE Partners to secure and grow high-value engagements.

What You’ll Do

  • Originate New Business: Leverage your Rolodex and market presence to source net-new opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Lead opportunities end-to-end—from discovery and solution shaping through negotiation, close, and expansion.
  • Sell Outcome-Based Services: Position RE Partners consulting, engineering, and delivery offerings with a focus on measurable business outcomes, not hours or headcount.
  • Productivity as a Service: Sell solutions centered on productivity, efficiency, speed-to-market, and operational impact.
  • Partner with Delivery: Collaborate with RE Partners delivery leadership to structure, price, and execute project-based and managed productivity engagements.
  • Grow Accounts: Identify follow-on and expansion opportunities post-close and build long-term client partnerships.
  • Operate as a Revenue Partner: Earn commissions tied directly to the business you originate and secure.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Services Seller: 10+ years in enterprise or mid-market sales within consulting, professional services, or technology services.
  • New-Logo Focus: Strong track record of sourcing and closing net-new business.
  • Outcome-Based Experience: Demonstrated experience selling project-based, fixed-scope, or outcome-driven engagements (not just T&M).
  • Productivity Mindset: Deep understanding of how organizations buy productivity, efficiency, and execution, not just tools or people.
  • Executive Access: Existing relationships with senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, Heads of Product, Technology, Operations).
  • Commercial Ownership: Experience carrying a quota and closing complex, multi-six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Entrepreneurial: Self-directed, accountable, and motivated by performance-based compensation.
