Job Description:

The Client Partner is a hybrid role focused on nurturing and growing existing customer relationships while simultaneously identifying and developing new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for the health, retention, and growth of a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment with Integral Ad Science (IAS). In addition to core account management, this role involves fostering strategic relationships with advertising agencies to unlock new growth avenues and identifying opportunities for client expansion.

The ideal candidate is a commercially-minded relationship manager who is passionate about driving client success and is comfortable operating in a hands-on, dynamic environment where no task is too small.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Account Management: Own and manage relationships for a portfolio of IAS clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Retention & Growth: Develop and execute account plans to ensure client
retention, satisfaction, and growth. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the IAS product suite.
• Value Realization: Attain a thorough understanding of clients' goals and
challenges to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes using IAS solutions.
• Performance Reviews: Prepare and lead regular business reviews (QBRs) with
clients from the ground up, presenting performance metrics, insights, and
strategic recommendations.
• Risk Management: Proactively monitor client health, identify risks, and develop
and implement mitigation plans to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the champion for your clients within IAS, facilitating
feedback to the Product team to help shape the product roadmap.
• New Business Expansion: Identify and engage potential partners and brands,
cultivating relationships to introduce and position IAS solutions, bringing new
revenue into the business.
• Agency Partnership: Develop and strengthen relationships with key agency
partners to drive engagement, foster collaboration, and unlock new partnership
opportunities through the agency channel.
• Industry Engagement: Deliver training sessions, share industry trends, and
provide thought leadership to agency partners and clients to position IAS as a
strategic partner.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Account
Management, or Strategic Partnerships within an agency, trading desk, or ad tech
company.
• A service-oriented ethos with a strong commercial mindset and a keen
understanding of AdTech, SaaS, or MarTech ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience managing, consulting, and negotiating with clients
and/or agency partners, with a strong track record of retaining and growing a
portfolio.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify business
questions, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple
projects, priorities, and stakeholders effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rapid-growth
environment, with a willingness to be hands-on with operational tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
