Acxiom is looking for a Client Partner, Senior Director to oversee and maintain a consultative relationship with clients, acting as the primary contact and partner for all Acxiom products and services. Responsible for maintaining excellent client communication at all levels of the organization. Works closely with the clients to regularly review account performance, identifying and communicating opportunities for additional Acxiom support. Develop the business by identifying and selling additional services within the Acxiom product and services portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales strategy within account; develop and grow existing client revenue/generating new business through value-based upselling.
  • Meet client expectations and ensure the client is kept fully up to date with critical activity on the account.
  • Own and lead client QBRs (Quarterly Business Review).
  • Achieve contracted revenue target and incremental growth (target within accounts).
  • Account plan development and pipeline growth.
  • Ownership of all renewals.
  • Act as the key interface between the client and all relevant Acxiom product/support teams.
  • Escalation point for status, issues, problems and feedback to client/stakeholders and teams.
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of company.
  • Manage all records of sales, revenue, and other key account information within Salesforce.
  • Lead client-facing and internal troubleshooting efforts.
  • Work closely with delivery team managers, helping to support the overall business strategy, developing new business opportunities, creating quarterly business review presentations and other client needs. 
  • Travel to a client site minimally once a month for consistent relationship and opportunity growth.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years’ selling marketing technology solutions such as CDPs and cloud-based platforms; Financial Services industry sales or marketing experience preferred
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Knowledgeable of sales process from initiation to close.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Solid negotiation skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and management.
  • Experience in data, digital and/or marketing services industry; preferred 7+ years of experience in an account leadership role in sales, marketing or agency environment for Financial Services
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the customer’s business and align client services to client priorities and link to Acxiom value proposition.
  • Experienced with media audience development and measurement solutions.
  • Consultative/Persuasive skills.
  • Excellent group presentation skills.
